Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Opened or used perfume products cannot be returned due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product and packaging

A brief explanation of the issue

Refunds

Once the issue is verified, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
